Key activities of the position are:
・Preparation of project descriptions;
・Support development of technical base concepts;
・Coordinate adaption of technical concepts and layouts to Japanese standards;
・economic feasibility studies;
・Coordinate external experts in preparing environmental impact assessments, safety－related and other required studies;
・Support applications for construction and operation permits in collaboration with engineering partners, EPC contractors and external experts;
・Liaising with government officials and municipalities in developing the projects;
・Support tendering and contracting of EPC packages;
・Manage and control EPC contractors and external experts throughout the project execution phase;

【必須（MUST）】
professional experience:
・at least 3 years in project management in engineering or construction company.
Language：
native Level Japanese, Basic Level English

Preferable Qualifications and Experiences:
・chemical or process engineering degree
