- 仕事内容

（１）Ensure continuous monitoring & assessment of local and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulatory activities, establish and maintain local HSE compliance management system, including Management of Change, work place measurement, medical check
（２）Advises and support managers and employees in questions related to health, safety and environmental protection, sharing of Lessons Learned and conducting respective HSE training to all relevant employees followed by periodical HSE training program
（３）Support all Security topics and ensure the personal security of employees
（４）Support national / international events regarding security topics, such as event venue, security measures for participants, etc.
（５）Corporate with Global Security, Regional HSE functions and other local HSE functions
（６）Supports HSE performance monitoring, internal reporting, internal HSE audits processes at local site, follows up corrective actions with the local HSE functions in time
etc.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
・ University degree or equivalent practical experience and professional knowledge in security, safety and environmental area
・ At least five years’ experience providing security, safety and environmental expertise in an industrial environment
・ Experience in a global company preferable
・ Well understanding of local and global security/safety standard and regulatory requirements
・ Leadership skill, able to work under pressure, overcome complexity
・ Communications and messaging skills with internal management /staff / authorities /parties
・ Well-developed networking skills
・ Fluent English (high business level TOEIC 730)
