PR (Senior) Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and passion for fashion, market trends, and communications.

仕事内容: Act as a spokesperson of the brand and increase brand awareness in Japan.
PR & communication:
- Develop overall PR and communication strategies for Japan & Guam that is in line with marketing and commercial objectives, through close collaboration with MD, Retail, CRM, and relevant parties at HQ
- Ensure marketing and CRM insights are incorporated into the overal PR/communication strategies
- Develop and execute specific PR activities to effectively convey the brand’s core values and DNA. Ensure PR activities are optimized to achieve strategic objectives and increase brand awareness and visibility, while maintaining appropriate levels of brand image and positioning
- Develop the PR/communication budget with Communication director and manage overall spend, with an analytical mind-set to assess effectiveness and ROI of PR activities
- Maintain appropriate balance across communication channels, with a strong focus on digital channels, including owned website, while respecting the value of traditional media

応募資格

必須: - Deep 5-7+ years of experience in Public Relation within a highly competitive luxury industry environment.
- Full understanding of media needs and media relationship
- Deep understanding of celebrities/influencers programs within the market to increase brand presence and awareness. Be the face of the brand to local celebrities/influencers, develop long-term relationships for the brand and manage any celebrities / influencers related campaigns, event attendance, etc.
- Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
- Experienced in acting as a brand spokesperson
- Must possess excellent verbal and writing and editing skills
- Experience planning and organizing diffrenet sclae of events
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English a must
