Responsible for the delivery of HR Factory Services for all organizations based in a large factory site.
1. Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with SCO functional business
partner. Could be required to participate in the recruitment process of Blue Collar employees.
2. Where applicable and in alignment with the HR Country Representative, and if not centrally handled, guarantee the
quality and application of the benefits, with a focus on the blue collar benefits package, and changes to the package
3. Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours.
Collaborate with SC Rewards team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and
Factory specific allowances
4. Drive labor relations in cooperation with the HR Country Representative and acts as the main contact
with local unions to manage labor relations issues, agreements and represent the company for all demands.
Manage regular agreements, grievances and in cooperation with global and SC rewards process managers
manage annual salary negotiations.
5. Responsible for driving Performance Management of Blue Collar employees in line with D&MP process
with a right mix of team and individual objectives to support WCM involvement and Factory Performance/KPIs
6. Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labor Ministry and others.
Represent the company in internal and external audits Manage labor suits and government audits. Interact
with internal and external lawyers. May represent the company in court.
7. Support the training needs based on IDPs and the training plan for the factory. May participate in (not lead) the WCM Training and Education pillar.
8. Member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decisions making.
Drive the Employee Engagement plan for the factory in connection with the SCO functional HRBP.
Should collaborate with the safety effort of the site.

Job experience:
•Produce industry quality project documentation as required.
•Project plan to delivery, and have successful completion of projects.
•Project management experience as a leader or sub-leader.
•8 years and more working experiences at IT to provide application service and supports in Japan
Technical experience and skills:
•5+ years of hands-on experience managing small to large scale IT infrastructure projects in complex environments.
•5+ years’ experience in designing and deploying Server infrastructure, Windows, Linux.
•5+ years’ experience in designing and deploying networking infrastructures built on e.g. Cisco frameworks.
•CCNP R+S or equivalent with experience in designing and maintaining small to large sized networks
•CCNP Sec or equivalent with experience of implementing and modifying a variety of firewall/IPS devices such as Sonicwall, SSG, ASA, Fortigate.
•Strong knowledge of layer 2, layer 3, and routing protocols including TCP/IP, VoIP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc.
•Expert in the implementing LAN/WAN solutions from definition of business requirements, and creation of high level conceptual and functional designs, through to hands on implementation.
•Experience working with the networking infrastructure expected to be found in top-tier Enterprise Data Centers: from rack/structured cabling and internal LAN design to Internet services.
Other skills:
•English writing, reading, speaking and listening, middle to advance is required to communicate with Head Quarter counterparts overseas.

•Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, is preferred (design, configuration, deployment.)
•Experience with Mobile device operation both iOS and Android is preferred.
•Experience with Google solution, G suite, GCP is preferred.
•ITIL certifications would be a plus.
•Retail industry experience is Preferred.
