人事ジェネラリスト@大手製薬メーカー
*5~8年の人事ジェネラリスト関連業務経験必須
* Conduct confidential investigations into serious misconduct, such as harassment, discrimination, or other breeches of company policy
* Gather information, interview relevant individuals, analyze data, and prepare legal documentation to support all disciplinary and/or termination actions
* Partner with local and global HRBPs to deliver integrated solutions across a range of human resources areas
* Provide support to the HR BPs and assigned clients group to enable them to facilitate effective talent and succession discussions
* Consult managers on programs and initiatives to drive a culture of high performance and engagement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or other related field
* HR professional certification is a plus
* 5-8 years of experience in a HR generalist or employee relations role
* Demonstrated experience managing investigations and employee relations
* Strong knowledge of employment related laws and government regulations in Japan is a plus
