Seeking experienced Telephony Engineer for insurance company
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of call centre and telephony system
* Perform technical validation and implementation of user required changes
* Provide status reports to managers and customers
* Assist with performance and capacity tuning
Requirements:
* Basic English speaking ability; fluency in written and spoken Japanese (native level)
* Tier 2 team leadership ability
* Experience providing call system support as Tier 1/2
* Experience in call centre telephony technology design
