The company is seeking an applicant with 5 years' related experience and the ability to use and apply good judgement, discretion, and professionalism. In addition to maintaining employee files and assisting with the internal audit process, the HR Manager is responsible for providing guidance and support to local management and staff.

【800万円～1000万円】Mining company seeks HR ManagerResponsibilities:
*At least 5 years' related HR experience plus familiarity with employee compliance, labor laws,etc
* Develop and administer local human resource plans and procedures for site employees
* Guide, support, and monitor performance appraisal process and update as necessary
* Monitor and ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations
* Hire new staff by sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, etc.
* Take ownership of onboarding, new hire orientation, and local training of employees
* Partner with the business to identify solutions, provide and produce reports
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' related HR experience plus familiarity with employee compliance, labor laws, recruiting, hiring, and performance management
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Some travel required
* A BA in business or related field and coursework in HR preferred
* Written and spoken English fluency required
