募集背景
A global construction engineering company is searching for an experienced Architecture Manager. In this role, you will work on architectural packages for advanced technology and life science projects and report to the Director of Engineering.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1100万円】
Responsibilities:

* Cooperate with the Commercial Group to develop the associated cost during the programming, conceptual, and detailed design phases
* Determine and define sustainability targets
* Review architectural system designs to ensure technical compliance with specified and contracted client/customer requirements and local authority requirements
* Arrange internal design reviews
* Create a focused architecture team and provide adequate and appropriate support to all team members



Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
* 5+ years' experience in design and construction of architectural services systems; international experience in a high-tech industry; fast-track project experience preferred
* First-class architect's license
* Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
