Reporting to Supply Chain Director, you will establish and maintain effective professional relationships with suppliers and co-manufactures to achieve continuous improvement in supply and inventory reductions.

【900万円～1100万円】サプライプランニングマネージャー＠大手食品メーカーResponsibilities:
＊10年以上のSCM関連業務経験必須
* Ensure process consistency, build functional capabilities, and implement continuous improvement methodology to enhance all aspects of the supply planning
* Lead team to plan and execute finished goods, bulk, raw materials, and packaging component orders to satisfy sales forecasts and orders while attaining service and inventory targets
* Monitor production, import logistics, and all aspects of order execution to ensure on-time delivery and supply continuity
* Manage product supply, quality, delivery, and financial concerns from sources to 3PL warehouse to meet schedule commitments
* Communicate fully and proactively with Forecasting team and all other internal customers to achieve efficient product supply
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in operations/supply chain management/production planning/procurement/inventory management
* Strong leadership skills
* Project management experience
* Effective spoken and written English proficiency; TOEIC 800+ preferred
