* Lead continuous improvements and transformational projects using best practices and process excellence tools
* Provide effective management of subordinates to achieve desired results
* Set business metrics for the team and provide performance feedback to employees
* Meet with stakeholders to facilitate the process of converting business needs to executable project cases aligned with strategic goals
* Identify training needs and facilitate deployment of Lean Management techniques
Requirements:
* Expert statistical and Lean Methodology knowledge, plus other Process Excellence tools; a certified Master Black Belt or Black Belt required
* Proficient in Minitab, IGrafx, or Visio
* Written and verbal fluency in Japanese and English
