- A machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager for its team in Osaka. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the OEM and wholesale business in the Japan market. The ideal candidate will have a technical education background, an open, collaborative work style, and native Japanese fluency and English proficiency.

【700万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
Osaka-based Sales Manager @ global company
* Develop and maintain OEM and wholesale business in the domestic Japan market for compressors, condensing units, spare parts, and oil
* Conduct techno-commercial consultations, prepare quotations, and provide after-sales support whenever needed
* Acquire and follow-up on contacts made with prospective customers
* Communicate in English with colleagues at head office and worldwide entities
Requirements:
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 700+ or at least full ability to read and write in English
* Technical college education preferred in thermal or mechanical engineering plus 10+ years' work experience in technical sales, with 5 years' experience in heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration applications
* An open, positive mindset
* Permission to work in Japan
