* Maintain current programs and develop new business with customers
* Create/support global strategic planning
* Execute new business development based on company strategy
* Manage the interface between the company and the customer
* Manage sales/commercial negotiations for assigned programs
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) from a 4-year college or university
* A strong strategic thinker and the ability to build solid relationships with customers
* A proven successful track record working in the commercial/business area at a Tier 1 supplier
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* 5-7 years' work experience with customers in a commercial setting
* Domestic and international travel required
