* Proactively identify improvement areas at the organization, deliver solutions, and assist managers in resolving HR issues
* Improve/simplify existing HR processes and introduce new technology to facilitate smooth HR operation
* Perform hands-on HR activities, obtaining trust of customers
* Communicate with management and leadership
Requirements:
* Strong business acumen
* Basic understanding of strategic organization objectives
* Adherence to confidential matters
* Highly independent user of IT infrastructure (payroll, ERP, Oracle)
* Native level Japanese and business level English
* A BA
* 10+ years' relevant experience
