A dynamic Testing Resource role has arisen at a global technology services company. The individual selected for this position will demonstrate 5+ years' experience in the software testing process as well as strong communication skills. Primary duties include preparing test strategy, executing system test, and capturing test evidence.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare test strategy and test plan
* Create test scenario and test case
* Execute system test
* Capture test evidence
* Report test status to customer

Requirements:

* Bilingual Japanese native speaker
* 5+ years' software testing experience
* 2+ years' experience testing or developing insurance applications (life insurance, non-life insurance, and financial industry)
* Experience working with offshore teams in English
* Strong reporting skills in Japanese
