- A dynamic Senior Finance Manager role has emerged at a renowned international sporting goods organization. The successful applicant will join the finance department and report to the CFO, working alongside Japan and HQ finance teams and other internal teams to ensure sound accounting and controlling operations are in accordance with both Japan and US accounting principles.

【1200万円～1400万円】Responsibilities:
Senior Finance Manager @ global sporting goods company
* Ensure sound accounting and controlling operations are in accordance with both Japan and US accounting principles, group policies, as well as local tax requirements
* Ensure risk management strategy and relevant internal control procedures are in line with the scope of the business
* Oversee taxation, treasury, cash flow, AP/AR, credit management
* In 3-5 years' time, role will expand to cover FP&A, internal control, and joint venture
* Role can also expand in 5 years' time to successor of Japan CFO, Asian finance lead
Requirements:
* Familiarity with Japan accounting, tax laws and regulations, and US GAAP
* Demonstrated ERP skills (preferably SAP), Excel, and PPT
* Experience in the FMCG sector
* A university graduate with a degree in accounting or finance
* Professional CFA/CPA qualification preferred
