- A leading global pharmaceutical organsiation is searching for a Finance Business Partner to join their operation in Tokyo. The ideal candidate has previous controller expeirence within the pharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

【920万円～1600万円】Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partner @ global pharmaceutical company
＊A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial controller role
* Prepare and coordinate forecast and budget planning (sales, costs, profit, FTE)
* Deliver short-term financial forecasts, e.g. MEND/QUEND/YEND, FC1, FC2, FC3-
* Prepare monthly analysis for the management team and provide perspectives on P&L drivers with recommendations and insights
* Perform gross to net sales and marginal income analysis per product and sales channel
* Partner with marketing and business development to develop financial scenarios for new product launch projects and business cases
Requirement:
* University degree in economics; MBA or master's degree in economics is a plus
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial controller role
* Business consultant and project management experience preferred
* Experience in commercial evaluation for licencing or partnering opportunities is a must
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (TOEIC score of 830)
