【年収800万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for both customers and partners
* Frequently inform customers of any feature updates or security advisories
* Receive feedback from customers regarding any issues and relay feedback to the Engineering and DevOPS teams
* Manage support requests from Japanese customers
* Create and deliver detailed and professional documentation
Requirements:
* 3-8 years' experience supporting enterprise customers; experience in supporting technologies preferred
* Experience installing, configuring, and administering UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
* Linux, SSL, HTTP, Layer 4-7 experience/knowledge
* Business level verbal and written English skills
