* Perform business planning/strategizing for the respective area
* Recruit partners; screen the market for potential partners and facilitate the recruitment process
* Monitor the business level and general business approach of the partners in respective area; identify actions to increase partner activity levels
* Manage campaign developments and roll-outs
Requirements:
* 8-10 years' experience in partner business (sales, marketing, business development or other)
* An understanding of the principles of solution and cloud selling through partners
* Successful experience in multi channel go to market models
* Business level Japanese and English
