- A multinational financial services group is searching for an experienced accounting professional to join them as the Investment Accounting Manager. In this position the successful applicant will lead a team of accounting professionals within a major organization.

【年収１０００万円～１４００万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead the investment accounting team to handle external/internal investment-related JGAAP financial reporting
* Provide input for J-tax reporting and regular/ad-hoc reporting to regulators, auditors and tax authorities
* Discuss accounting issues with relevant colleagues globally and with external auditors; provide accounting advice on the existing/new asset classes and strategies particularly from JGGAP, hedge accounting and local solvency perspectives
* Lead investment accounting related projects, e.g. system enhancement, operational streamlining, etc. in cooperation with colleagues in various functions/areas
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in accounting operations, accounting audit or other related areas
* 3+ years' experience in investment accounting at insurance, asset management and banking industries
* Professional understanding of JGAAP, particularly for accounting and financial products
* Native level Japanese; business English
