- An international business services group is searching for an experienced marketing professional with strong English skills to join them as the Marketing Manager. In this role, you will work with global and local business leaders to develop successful product marketing strategies.

【1500万円～1900万円】Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders in Japan to understand and support growth, product and business objectives; ensure that marketing successfully contributes to the attainment of these objectives
* Develop a product marketing plan that is aligned with both sales and regional marketing plans
* Work closely with regional product management on product positioning and marketing
* Serve as a thought leader for the Japan business with proven success in delivering thought leadership content in multiple formats: events, presentations, video, audio, webinars, customer visits, etc.
* Manage and contribute to key strategic projects from time to time as required to ensure seamless and successful delivery of desired outcomes
* Collaborate with relevant global marketing and communications staff to understand the overall global marketing plan
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5-7 years' experience in marketing, primarily in product management; marketing communications experience an advantage
* Strong analytical and strategic skills; an ability to be hands-on
* Professional presentation, positive energy, creative mindset and a demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership across a matrix organization
* Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication skills
