- An e-commerce and cloud computing organization is searching for an experienced financial leadership professional to take up the position of Senior Finance Manager. In this role, the successful applicant will lead business planning and financial forecasting within one of the world's biggest internet companies.

【1500万円～2000万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead both multi-year business planning and annual forecasts with detailed financial for business segments and initiatives; identify opportunities for sales and profit from multiple dimensions and translate them to action plans with priority calls
* Lead forecast updates to keep management informed; conduct timely reviews with explanations of forecast changes and variance vs. actual and communicate business issues to management as well as business partners
* Simulate benefits and costs to the company for new business and business models; support business teams for organization and financial process designs to deliver on ideas
* Conduct overall cost analysis including retail operating components, supply chain and logistics as well as general and administration costs
* With supply chain management, design a strategy to create a low cost supply chain; identify short/long term opportunities for cost reduction and work with the inventory manager to plan appropriate on-hand inventory levels
Requirements:
* MBA and/or CPA is desirable
* 5+ years' experience as a finance leader in an organization with world class processes
* Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting and project analysis as well as data interpretation of business impact and results
* 2+ years' experience managing a program and/or people
* Business English fluency and ability to comprehend Japanese
