募集背景
A European based pharmaceutical company is hiring an R&D Formulator to oversee formulation and development of new products. Seeking a candidate with a degree in cosmetics, chemistry, or biology and experience managing formulation projects.
仕事内容
【年収６００万円～８００万円】
Responsibilities:

* Manage new formula development in compliance with in-house stability and quality requirements, Asian and international regulations
* Evaluate the interest of new raw materials, their implementation into formulations, and gather the technical information required for internal registration/use
* Monitor the latest competitive technologies/innovations
* Support the coordination of projects together with the Project Manager and subcontractors
* Prepare samples for tests

Requirements:

* A scientific degree or similar educational background in the field of cosmetics, chemistry, or biology
* Broad knowledge of cosmetics formulation in hair-care and/or skin-care, with prior in a development laboratory (at least 5 years)
* Proven experience managing formulation projects with stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills
* English and Japanese proficiency (additional Asian languages a strong plus)
