【600万円～650万円】Responsibilities:
* Manage, coordinate, and deliver multiple simultaneous digital media events through to completion
* Act as the primary point of contact to consult with clients in order to establish requirements and determine appropriate solutions
* Create, manage, and track project schedules
* Translate requirements resulting from pre-sales efforts and communicate to the appropriate application or systems technical group
* Take full ownership of customer issues
Requirements:
* A BA in computer science, marketing, engineering, business administration, or related field; equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
* 3 years' customer service or similar field experience
* 2 years' project management or technical post-sales support experience
* 1 year telecommunications and/or conferencing experience preferred
* Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
* Strong overall written and spoken communication skills
