Territory Manager (Japan)
Maintain and build upon organizations international network of authorized importers/distributors/dealers, dental schools and government institutions
Assure maximum sales of products and carry out various related administrative and company interpersonal responsibilities as business leader Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Assure maximum sales within the assigned territory through effective importer/distributor/dealer sales support activities, including the development of a business and marketing plan, conducted in a manner consistent with the principles of organizations mission, policies and practices.
Provide effective importer/distributor/dealer sales support by delivering product sales and service training, office design consulting, retail sales assistance, installation and repair oversight, and follow-up to maximize sales of products in the assigned territory.
Provide effective support to institutional customers in the territory, such as government agencies, hospitals, dental schools (including their students) and military installations, to help them understand the benefits of products and help them determine project needs such as specifications and layouts for installations.
Promote the brand in the assigned territory by effectively managing trade show activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers within the territory through professional communications, commitment and follow-up.
Maintain awareness of business activities and opportunities in the assigned territory as well as dealer and product performance, reporting about such matters in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Business Leadership Capability
Dealer Relationship Management
Bachelor's degree (in a related field preferred) or extensive sales experience (preferably in the dental industry).
Five years of proven, high level account management experience, preferably in the dental industry and with a multi-national firm.
Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate, orally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders. Proficiency in the use of business presentation systems and technologies.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
English language fluency (written and oral).
Legal ability to travel to foreign countries.
