* Set a clear IT product vision linked to the business strategy of sales and customer development
* Lead collaborative engagement with IT shared service teams to align product decisions and prioritize the backlog
* Ensure the right product is built for sustainable business growth
* Manage the product development process in the context of larger program goals
Requirements:
* 8+ years' IT service and consulting experience in consumer healthcare or FMCG
* Strong project and program management skills
* Experience with major SFA/TPM/CRM solutions including requirements defining phase
* Strong communication skills
* Business Japanese; business English
