* Receive and input order information
* Respond to email and telephone inquiries from sales representatives, customers, and third-party partners
* Monitor inventory data
* Participate in meetings and prepare reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Customer service experience; experience with customer order management preferred
* Ability to work in a team and build strong working relationships
* Basic computer skills
* Basic level English
* Ability to communicate with customers and accurately fill orders
