【年収400万円～450万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to clients on both incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Use company software to solve customer issues
* Identify and solve internal system issues
* Appropriately transfer incoming customer calls
Requirements:
* Available to start prior to or from September 2017
* Fluency in English and Japanese; other Asian languages are a plus
* Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills
* Ability to work as both part of a team and independently
* Occasional availability on weekends or bank holidays
