- A major international brewery is searching for a Key Account Manager to be responsible for account planning, implementation, and management. In this role you will work closely with the sales manager, commercial manager, merchandising agencies, and the trade marketing team to promote the company's growth.

【年収670万円~900万円】Responsibilities:
* Build solid relationships with trade customers and wholesalers
* Identify business opportunities with assigned retailers and develop business plans to maximize sales
* Communicate and coordinate with external/internal stakeholders to plan and execute trade activation programs
* Increase distribution and in-store visibility of the company's brands
* Coordinate with merchandisers regarding project implementation
* Leverage global practices to differentiate and bring innovation to trade
Requirements:
* Over 3 years' work experience in account management, especially related to GMS/SM channels in alcohol or FMCG industry; sales planning, trade marketing, wholesaler management experience is a plus
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Results orientated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly solve problems
* Knowledgeable about sales and possesses excellent networking skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English
