An exciting Key Account Manager role at an industrial manufacturer.
＊experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Develop and execute an account strategy
* Achieve the yearly sales target
* Identify the customer's decision making process; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify customers' needs
* Support global key accounts in sales and customer management
* Perform spare/wear part definition, pricing, and quotation
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' work experience in sales; experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Premium brand selling experience is required
* Key account management experience with an emphasis on projects
* Experience working in a multicultural environment
* Familiarity with pneumatic, electric, and electronic components
* Native level Japanese and a solid command of business level English, written and spoken
* A university degree or higher with an engineering background; an MBA is a plus
