＊5+ years' accounting/finance work experience including manufacturing at a global company
* Lead, manage, develop and coordinate the controlling team; direct all financial issues in compliance with the overall policy of the company including group business control
* Act as a management committee member and contribute to achieving financial results
* Maintain ERP and other systems in the company for finance integrity
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month end and year end closing procedures
* Manage the development, training and education of the controlling staff
Requirements:
* 5+ years' accounting/finance work experience including manufacturing at a global company
* Good knowledge and understanding of SAP
* Native or fluent Japanese; Business English
