As Senior Audit Manager, you will develop audit plans for businesses while developing a team of financial audit professionals within a global company.

【400万円～900万円】Responsibilities:
シニアレベル監査マネージャー＠外資系金融サービスグループ
＊Native level Japanese; business English
* Develop and execute a robust audit plan by reviewable entity for assigned businesses in accordance with internal audit standards, relevant government statutes/regulations and company policies
* Deliver on time, high quality audit reports as well as internal audit/regulatory issue validation and governance committee reporting
* Manage a complex and critical unit within internal audit, including a medium sized team of internal audit professionals; recruit and develop talent, build effective teams and manage a budget
* Develop effective senior line management relationships; develop a strong understanding of the business
* Analyse reporting findings; recommend appropriate interventions as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CPA, ACA CFA, CIA, CISA or similar certifications are an advantage
* Senior level experience in a related role; experience in business, functional and people management
* Effective negotiation skills; a proactive approach to communicating
* Native level Japanese; business English
