This position will see you executing quality assurance objectives while generating and analysing statistical data.

【1000万円～1200万円】プラント品質マネージャー＠グローバルメーカーResponsibilities:
＊Seeking a candidate with 10 years' quality management experience in a progressive quality environment
* Formulate and execute quality assurance objectives in alignment with corporate, business units, and plant goals & requirements
* Perform gap analysis between established goals and current plant QA capability
* Set clear goals and performance expectations for all direct reports
* Develop, analyse, and report statistical data relative to quality systems performance
* Develop and maintain audit functions ensuring quality systems and products are consistent with internal documentation
* Directly supervise five employees with additional indirect reports
Requirements:
* Native level Japanese with strong English proficiency and excellent overall communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rule, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
* A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years' quality management experience in a progressive quality environment
* Lean manufacturing certification/experience highly desirable
* Must have strong experience implementing Six Sigma, statistical process controls, process audits, and other proactive quality management practices
