An international manufacturer is searching for an experienced sales professional with experience in global work environments to join them as a Field Sales Associate. In this role, the successful applicant will meet and exceed sales targets for key customers.
仕事内容
【700万円～1100万円】Field Sales Associate @ a global manufacturer
＊8+ years' sales experience is a must
Responsibilities:

* Achieve or exceed sales/growth targets by identifying and quantifying growth opportunities; develop associated account strategies/business models
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Manage the sales process including forecasting, opportunity management, customer sell-in, key account review, etc.
* Coordinate account strategies with cross functional teams in Japan and the region
* Ensure best sales practices

Requirements:

* 8+ years' sales experience
* Experience managing key customers in B2B environments within global companies
* Work experience within the outdoor or a chemical/textile/sports or FMCG company
* Strong business acumen and good understanding of the work environment in a non-hierarchical global company
