An international manufacturer of speciality chemicals is searching for an experienced professional with significant operations experience. As Sales Director, the successful applicant will lead sales development activities for a global business, working in both English and Japanese.
仕事内容
【1000万円～1800万円】Sales Director @ nternational manufacturer
Responsibilities:

* Lead customer negotiation and apply price ranges
* Manage and further develop accounts/customers
* Lead local sales development activities
* Develop local sales and improve cost efficiency with the objective of increasing size and profitability of local business

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/master's degree or above in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
* 12+ years' work experience in operations, preferably in coatings or automotive
* Knowledge of the manufacturing/operation process; product knowledge in the coatings or automotive industry
* IT user skills
* Good communication skills in both English and Japanese
