The role includes life cycle management, new product launches in the therapeutic area, marketing and sales, such as strategic/operational planningRole:
Establish marketing plans for research, budgeting and implementation.
Prepare and accomplish new product launch in Japan.
Manage product life cycle of the portfolio including drugs, devices, and disposables.
Work collaboratively with Global, Region and Country stakeholders to ensure maximum
performance across the Baxter Renal Portfolio Cost reduction & profit optimization
Forecast and budget the expenses of marketing activities of the responsible products.
Develop and coordinate market access strategies and activities.
Establish good relationship with KOL.
Lead and manage members of the acute therapies group.
Plan and implement actions to develop the group and the members.

Proven track records of a strong leadership
People management experience
Past exposure/experience in medical / device / pharmaceutical marketing and sales
Product Launch experience desirable
Strong communication, presentation & training skills
Proficiency in English is a must
Sales or medical/clinical science qualification desirable
Experience/competency in dialysis and/or acute kidney injury space is a plus.
MBA or equivalent is a plus.
