A candidate with fluency in Japanese & English (a must) and strong drive would be an ideal fit for this role.

A biotech company is looking for a Business Unit Manager to join its team.
* Manage the overall business and operation of environment sampling unit
* Act as a key contact for the business, leading operating activities and process and ensuring that relations with internal and external clients are strong
* Streamline operations and cost savings to improve business efficiency and profit margin
* Develop local strategy to grow the business
* Increase profitability to meet best industry standards in all activities
* Take appropriate measures to improve economic profit, including hands-on personal commitment in addressing situations where profit levels are low
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' work experience plus experience with full P&L
* An understanding of the environment testing business preferred but not essential
* Japanese and English fluency is a must
