An international real estate organization is searching for an experienced HR Assistant.Responsibilities:
* Liaise with HR and payroll vendors to administrate social insurance and tax matters
* Calculate payroll and check reports
* Perform data management and system maintenance, including manual input for master databases and review
* Act as the contact point to hire temporary staff and administer contacts
Requirements:
* 3+ years' HR assistant experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail
* Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
* Native level Japanese; business English
