A CRM Strategist role has emerged at a marketing & advertising business. The ideal candidate has a degree in an analytic-focused field plus strong quantitative problem-solving skills. As CRM Strategist you will plan, execute, and communicate results of strategic database analyses while developing strategic analytics that inform clients' annual marketing plans.
仕事内容

Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and communicate the results of strategic database analyses in support of client businesses
* Refine audience segmentation and develop communication strategies leveraging data insights to accomplish goals of conversion
* Understand data segments and identify insights and opportunities from tracked behaviour and profile segmentation
* Generate promotion response reporting; supplement reporting with database and web analytics using query and reporting tools

Requirements:

* A degree in an analytic-focused field (e.g., statistics, engineering, social science, economics); advanced degree a plus
* Strong Excel proficiency
* English ability a plus
