Reporting to the Head of Japan Real Estate, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting fund investments through detailed analyses, underwriting, and modelling of investments.

【700万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
Real estate Associate @ investment management company
* Actively participate in all phases of the investment process from property acquisition and due diligence to asset management and disposition
* Perform financial modelling, underwriting, and valuation of real estate investments (new opportunities & existing projects) to support acquisition, asset management, and divestment activities
* Draft investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations
* Conduct quarterly reporting for both internal and external client needs, including quarterly reports, valuations, webcasts, business plans, and budgets
* Perform day-to-day communication with operating partners, architects, and other professionals supporting execution of the business plan
Requirements:
* Outstanding academic credentials
* 2-3 years' work experience in the real estate/investment industry (preferably real estate investment)
* Proficiency in financial modelling
* Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Native level Japanese and business level English
