- A world leader in water solutions is searching for a bilingual Japanese/English individual with strong experience in an HR generalist role to take up a position as an HR Business Partner with their Japanese operations. In this position, the successful candidate will provide a variety of HR solutions while making full use of their language skills and knowledge of the Japanese labor landscape.

＊5年以上のHRジェネラリストとしての経験要
* Take a leading role in talent acquisition; recruit new graduates and mid-career professionals
* Perform client management for assigned functions and/or groups
* Provide expat administration support
* Prepare HR reporting processes and KPIs
* Take a key role in corporate wide initiatives/projects as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' experience as HR generalist with strong experience in recruiting and client management
* Familiarity with Japanese labor law and practices
* Excellent PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Native level Japanese; advanced English
