- An Internet group is currently searching for a Customer Care Specialist with a passion for customer service and the ability to cultivate a positive team environment. Working closely with other internal departments, this role will identify training needs, manage escalation activity from clients, and encourage the team to take ownership to solve customers' issues at first contact.

【400万円~600万円】Responsibilities:
Customer Care Specialist @ Internet company
* Manage 2nd level daily activities in the APAC region including handling escalated customer contacts by phone or email
* Manage all back office activity
* Manage escalation activity
* Ensure that in-house processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
* Identify training needs amongst the team and contact center and support training initiatives
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Fluent Japanese, business level English
* MS Office applications
* Knowledge of Italian or Korean isn't required but considered a plus
