- A distinguished global broadcasting company is currently seeking a strong candidate with a corporate finance background to fill a SOX Manager role. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, this position will be responsible for the accounting function implementation, completion and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements.

【1000万円～1100万円】SOX マネージャー＠外資系ブロードキャスティングビジネスResponsibilities:
* Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with external and internal auditors
* Supply all documents related to SOX certification requirements and answer questions and follow up on requests
* Assist manager in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements and footnotes and in other reporting functions throughout the year
* Support reviewing and analysing financial statements
* Prepare allocation schedules and gather support from various international contacts in order to publish appropriate intercompany activity
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
* 2nd grade or higher book keeping proficiency
* US CPA license holder preferred
* A minimum of 4 years' public accounting experience
* SOX and internal control experience
* Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel
