A pharmaceutical group is searching for a strong communicator with database skills to join them as the R&D Finance Manager.
* Develop timely and actionable information for annual forecasts, strategic plans and actual results for functions and projects
* Manage the company reporting process
* Manage all accounting, planning, budgeting and financial reporting policies, procedures and systems in line with J&J policies and practices
* Ensure that the business complies with all legal legislation through compliance with the highest standards of financial propriety
* Maintain a culture of review and detailed analysis
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and easily with non-finance staff (verbal and written, English and Japanese)
* Ability to develop detailed plans, set key milestones and ensure their delivery
* Strong Excel/database skills and familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP/JDE)
