As Business Control Manager the successful candidate will monitor sales performance of a range of vehicles and automotive services and participate in financial planning activities.

＊経理・会計、ビジネスコントロール、ファイナンシャルコントロールの経験要
＊ビジネス英語必須
* Support the company international sales department to monitor profitability of trucks, services and S&A
* Participate in demand review meetings and support price management functions
* Participate in the controlling of central function departments
* Be actively involved in closing, annual budget and estimate related processes
* Constantly develop and maintain a strong relationship with different departments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in either finance or business administration
* Previous experience in finance (controlling, accounting or similar)
* Proven experience dealing with different cultures in multi-national organizations
* Business level Japanese and English
