Japanese and English proficiency
3+ years' experience as a finance manager at an operational company
* Manage accounting staff
* Develop budget, quarterly review, monthly gap analysis, and five-year forecast process
* Develop finance team (a staff of four), ensuring effective collaboration with other business functions
* Manage and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting
* Compile evaluations on existing and proposed business operations
Requirements:
* Experience with and in-depth understanding of SAP
* Japanese and English proficiency
* 3+ years' experience as a finance manager at an operational company
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
