The successful candidate will guide business decisions from an HR perspective within a large international organization.Responsibilities:
* Consult managers and provide support to the management team from people and organizational perspectives; influence business decisions and controls for HR deliverables to meet business objectives
* Proactively identify, facilitate and coach change management and organizational development initiatives; act as a consultant partner providing solutions and supporting their implementation
* Ensure client groups have performance management systems consistently applied, controlled and aligned to business strategies with a focus on developing
* Develop leadership capabilities in the client organization; on-board new managers and coach them to become better leaders; address poor leadership in appropriate and effective ways
* Partner with finance and recruiting functions to track headcount and position requirements; create hiring strategies (both internal and external) with respective managers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' HRBP experience
* Fluent Japanese; business English (TOEIC 800+)
