- The successful candidate selected for this CRM Specialist role will join a global retailer and, reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, will take ownership of the recruitment of new customers and retention of loyal customers/members, design the CRM action plan, perform analysis and prepare CRM reports.

Responsibilities:
* Develop strategy to recruit new customers (B2C/on/offline)
* Develop strategy to increase both loyalty and value
* Implement and monitor customer promotions
* Participate in the production of the seasonal catalogue
* Database management
* Share/develop CRM expertise with PBF
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with CRM
* Strong communication skills
