- 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic HR consultant for internal customers; help customers achieve their business strategy and objectives
* Develop and manage ongoing client relationships; provide talent market knowledge and advice to internal customers
* Source suitable candidates via different effective targeted channel (online, offline)
* Build candidate pipeline, maintaining candidate networks
* Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages that are in line with the market and internal guidelines
Requirements:
* A proven, consistent track record in recruitment, ideally experienced in active sourcing and headhunting
* A strong self-motivator and results-oriented mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Open-minded
