- Great opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to join a global chemical company as Head of Site Services (Hofu). Seeking an individual with the ability to manage broad, complex, and frequently confidential organizational projects and deliver results. You will also demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills and an outside-the-box mindset.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee labor management
* Manage IT support and mail/courier service
* Correspond with local community, union, and visitors/customers
* Control outside service site logistics, gardening, and security guards
* Contribute to the development of subordinates
* Follow and maintain QHSC standards such as PPS and OHH, and local regulations
* Manage all assets at Hofu site - manufacturing plant, QC lab, and utilities building; services for personnel include PCs, uniform & laundry, canteen, and locker room
* Oversee site communication; manage town hall meetings; correspond with governmental affairs and local communities such as Yamaguchi Prefecture, Gifu City, the Fishermen's association, adjacent industrial companies, and the general neighbourhood
Requirements:
* A BA from a college or university
* Relevant educational background in HR
* Excellent communication skills and team working spirit; skilled in giving presentations
* Manufacturing experience in addition to other related work experience in the areas of recruiting and administration; international experience also preferred
* Fluent verbal and written English (TOEIC 700+)
