- This multinational logistics solutions firm is looking to fill a Service Station Manager position. In this dynamic role you will oversee and manage service station in Japan delivering services in accordance with company's global standards.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop service station in aligning the strategic direction of business district
* Monitor service station business performance and allocate sales targets to each individual sales executive
* Maintain current business and develop new business for the company
* Oversee payment settlement and cash handling in service station
* Prepare operations / exception reports and liaise with business district operations department for quality improvement
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' sales and marketing experience in logistics industry with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
* Basic knowledge of operations facility and workflow
* Good understanding in operational management requirement and standardised operations
* Strong site planning, data statistics, analysis skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
